What I Eat In A Day as Vegan Keto

I thought hard about this post, and I can safely say my diet is very varied. I’m always trying to ketofy things and making sure that i’m not missing out on my favourite dishes just because i’m following a different diet. Saying that, obviously vegan keto is a bit of an overhaul of your thinking in terms of what can I eat.

But once you really become creative in your meals, it’s much more simple.

I like to intermittent fast as much as I can, sometimes OMAD, sometimes 18:6, sometimes 20:4, you get the picture.

Let’s say i’m eating OMAD, I make a breakfast like noatmeal or a protein shake, i’ll have my main meal and normally a dessert. By still having that stucture, I don’t lose out on meals or nutrients.

Example day of eating:

  • Protein shake with vegan protein powder, peanut butter, spinach and banana drops

  • Shiritaki pasta or rice dish with tofu or other vegan meat and assorted veg. Or a large salad.

  • Mug cake, baked good or dark chocolate or perfect world ice cream (my favourite available in the UK
